I was in tears at the end of that very nervewracking race......
Despite what many may think, Jimmie Johnson was totally deserving of that title this year. He and his team have worked so hard, led the points for most of the year....they've had so many ups and downs, and have overcome every obstacle. Team Lowes earned every single point that the received, and this season came to a great end with the cup title.
Its going to be a long 3 months till Daytona....not sure what I'm going to do on Sunday's now....LOL.

| Well hi....if anyone is still out here in Xanga country.
I have been a myspace whore and haven't had time for Xanga.....myspace just has so much more to offer. I can't help it....i went for the bells and whistles....
So much has happened in nascar.....i can't even begin to get into it.
So my predictions for this years champion......
I'm gonna have to go with Tony Stewarts prediction......
between Jeff Burton and Kevin Harvick. There just really no telling tho.....but if I were putting money...i'd put it on Harvick I guess. Maybe Matt Kenseth....definitely between those 3.
Note...i'm not a Brian Vickers hater. OK?? Was I angry during that race?? Of COURSE I was......but I have had time to get over it just like everyone else. I still love and support Team LOWES!!!!

| i started painting my hallway.......its halfway done and i could care less about finishing. LOL. it does look good what i have done so far. my house is just way too cluttered.....its hard working around all the mess. |

| So I don't have to worry about Jimmie Johnson anymore for the next couple races. He's locked into the chase for sure. Matt Kenseth is locked in.....YAY! I'm not sure on Harvick yet and the rest of them in the top 10 for now....
So no matter what they do the next 2 races, it just doesn't matter. Do ya think I'm crazy that I actually stress over this type of thing.
The race was good from what I saw. I missed the whole middle of it. I started painting my bathroom.....so I came back in to watch the last 40 laps. Which at Bristol is what, 10 minutes. LOL. Matt Kenseth swept the weekend.....good for him. I do like him a lot too.
Jimmie got a 10th place finish. WHOO HOOO!!!!
Other news for the week......
I started painting.....my bathroom. Crappy place to start. I hate doing work on the house....because you have mess throughout the whole rest of the house no matter what. Today I was back at Lowes and picked up a light brownish color that I thought I wanted for my living room, but I'm thinking I wanna change it to my bedroom.
Kaylee picked out 2 colors for her room....we still don't know on Dylan's room. With the amount of spiderman stuff he has though, I'm confident it will be some shade of blue.
Lowes sells good paint! If you ever need paint....go to Lowes! Ever need appliances....Lowes is the place.....but...
If you ever need kickass bathroom stuff....go to Home Depot! I swear I could spend hours in those 2 stores. I seriously want a job at one of them. If it wasn't such a heck of a drive to the nearest Lowe's or Home Depot, I'd seriously consider it!!!! I'd be so broke! LOL.
My husband had the whole weekend off.....he's mowed our grass so much. LOL. Its so funny. He's going to kill the grass though. But I can understand his excitement. We haven't had a working lawnmower all summer long.
My dog had her puppies this morning. I still haven't got to see them. Only a small glance. She's keeping them to herself for now. It took her about all damn day to have them. The first one was born at 10 this morning.....I called Stephen 4 hours later and she was just having her 4th.......Well she had 9 total, 1 was stillborn. That's the same amount she had with her last litter....9 and 1 didn't make it. I fixed her a steak for dinner. She did so good. I'm such a sap when it comes to that dog......I cried when the first baby was born today. Took pics for our family scrapbook. LOL.
Need prayers for friends of mine from my church in Ohio. Ryan, my friend, took his life Thursday evening after work. He had severe depression, and never got any help for it. It hit him too hard. On his way home from work, he overdosed on sleeping pills. I'm told he called his 4 year old son to tell him to take care of his mommy. Ryan left behind his wife of 5 years, their 4 yr old son, 2 year old daughter, and baby on the way. Its a really sad situation. I'm still in complete shock over it. I cannot figure out what would've made him do something like this....why life could've been so bad that he decided to end it. They always *seemed* like they had a wonderful life together. Their family needs lots of prayers for strength to get through this. Especially Stacey to get through the remainder of her pregnancy. Its a tradgedy.
